Hill works as a Multimedia and Weekday News Anchor at KJRH News. He joined the KJRH’s professional team of journalists in July 2019 and currently airs Evening weekend news shows at 5 pm, 6 pm, and 10 pm. Moreover, Hill also acts as a Multimedia Journalist 3 days/ week. Whether it’s police or army, Vincent has been serving the public most of his life and now he is devoted to serving Tulsa with a mic and camera. Hill majored in Criminal Justice at various colleges in America, because he had to move due to military life. After getting out of the military in 2002, Hill was recruited in the Nashville police department, where he only performed duties for 4 years. During his time there, he was a patrol officer and served at CSU, and Flex positions.
Though, Vincent entered in journalism career for some other reasons. He loved spending time on the camera and decided to pursue his career as a journalist. After appearing various times as a law enforcement analyst on different media, Vincent made a proper career out of it. He took admission to a journalism school in Atlanta to learn the basics of broadcasting, while he was appearing on both local and national media platforms, including CNN, HLN, ID Discovery, Fox, and a few others. Most Recently, Hill exclusively hosted the Law and Crime Network in New York City. Plus, Hill was a regular participant at Court TV Atlanta on Scripps.

Collier is an accomplished weather personality at KJRH Weather. Collier brought 18 years of extensive professional experience in Channel 2 News Tulsa when he joined the KJRH Weather team in May 2017 as a Chief Meteorologist. Mike has all the skills that journalists must-have.
He became a notable personality with his various skills in multiple fields such as communications, journalism, science, public relations, social media, and sales. He has the guts of performing excellently under tough mental conditions and that’s how he built a solid record of achieving measurable goals.
Collier had a passion for weather since the age of 7. He was born in Tulsa and brought up in Tulsa. Therefore, Mike knows the place very well. Collier visited the KJRH weather center as a cub scout and it was at that moment he realized that he wants to become a meteorologist for Tulsa. Mike has been named a top meteorologist for the last three years by Oklahoma Magazine. Moreover, Mike Collier has the luxury of claiming the two awards of the Tulsa Press Club for Best Use of Social Media. Mike completed his BS in Meteorology from Mississippi State University and studied Communications and Earth Sciences at The University of Tulsa.

Before starting a job at KJRH Weather, Mike was a Chief Executive Officer at Weather Battle. Prior to that, Collier was a meteorologist at KTUL News from May 2005 to January 2017. He served KTUL for more than a decade and enjoyed his stay there. Mike started off as a Weekend Meteorologist at KTUL where his duties were to craft a forecast for the weekend primetime news service, report the severe weather conditions live in the field, and create weather forecasts for 5 pm, 6 pm, and 10 pm news telecast. Later, Collier became a Morning Weather Anchor at KTUL and started reviews weather data provided by KTUL weather radar. From August 2015 to August 2017, Mike served Sinclair Broadcast Grou as a Chief Meteorologist. Collier stepped into his lifelong dream job in January 2003 at KOKI TV as a weather producer.

KJRH TV started test broadcasting on 15 November 1954 through a closed-circuit TV system. Three weeks later, on 5 December 1954, KJRH News first hit the waves officially with the calls KVOO TV. The first broadcast that News On 2 Tulsa aired was a 39-minutes special broadcast about the Kerr, Skelly, and McGee speeches and an NBC film aimed towards the station’s inauguration. KJRH Channel 2 News Tulsa has been taking content from NBC since its launch, as KVOO radio was already a partner of NBC Network at that time.
Currently, KJRH Tulsa is an E.W. Scripps Entity and working under the same affiliate partner NBC Network. The station’s studios are in Midtown Tulsa’s Brookside county on East 37th Street and South Peoria Avenue. KJRH Tulsa transmitter is available in Southern Tulsa County close to the Muskogee Turnpike and 273rd Avenue East.
