Presently, Channel broadcasts locally produced newscasts of 42 hours each week. WFLA remained clear rating winners for early morning, late news as well as evening newscasts. However, the management stated that a midday newscast might return in September 2014, to the station’s weekday schedule.

Controversy and Criticism

Channel remained under a lot of controversies and criticism. Firstly, when Channel produced an hour-long documentary that contained the topic of condemning homosexuality as a sin in the Christian position.
