Justin Moore: A Vigilant Journalist at WPMI 15

Justin Moore is an award-winning news personality and multimedia journalist who became a part of an astute NBC 15 Mobile team in Dec 2019. Moore has incredible journalism skills, such as creative writing and enterprising stories. He is passionate about politics, TV, entertainment, and social justice.

Justin began the career before graduating from Jackson State University in July 2009 as a multimedia journalist/Chyron Operator at WABG-TV; he completed the BS Mass Communication degree later in 2006.  After working there for one year and eight months, he became a Weekend Reporter at WXVT 15 in Feb 2011. During his short stay of 1 month on Channel 15, he reported several news and hosted weekend programs. In April 2011, Moore started a job at WHBQ 13 as a producer before leaving for the WABG-TV in July 2012 as a Chief Bureau Reporter. Eventually, Justine found himself working for WKBW-TV as MMJ/reporter in September 2015. After that, he became a Night Auditor at GSA in November 2018 and ultimately became a part of NBC 15 News Mobile Al.

Hanson did his BS Meteorology degree from North Carolina State University in 2017. However, he stepped into professional life in June 2011 (way before starting the university) when he joined MIT as a Sailing Instructor. After that, Kyle joined Bellhops in September 2014 as a Mover. Then he started an Internship as Chief Meteorologist at WHDH-TV in May 2016 and eventually found a position at KVIA-TV as a Weather Reporter in July 2017. Currently, he has been serving WPMI News 15 as a full-time Meteorologist since September 2019.

WPMI TV first hit the air on 12 March 1982. It was the only independent network in Alabama to start broadcasting and the first new commercial service to begin operations in the Pensacola-Mobile market after WEAR-TV that hit the waves before 28 years.
