Andrea Lutz: Chief Investigative Reporter at KTVQ News
Andrea Lutz is a news personality at Q2 News Billings MT who started working for the channel in August 2018. Later, after one year, Lutz became a Chief Investigative Reporter in the station in Sep 2019. Andrea took her education from the in 2006 in Broadcast Journalism. She was born and brought up in Kalispell, and collected a news experience of more than 10 years. Lutz stepped into a broadcasting career at KAJ News as a Bureau Chief in Kalispell. Later, she transferred to KPAX News in 2008. When working at Missoula, Lutz had a meeting with then-President Barack Obama, who was there for his 2008 campaign.
Andrea claimed an award for breaking Montana Broadcaster for her work on the Smurfit Stone Container plant in Frenchtown. In 2011, Andrea shifted to Southern Idaho and joined KTVB, an NBC affiliate network, where she hosted and reported the station’s Saturday Morning News. While serving them, Andrea conducted a thorough investigation into the prescription drug abuse pandemic in Idaho. Moreover, she also did in-depth research on the Orchard Combat Training Center, which is the Idaho desert’s advanced military training facility.
In 2015, Lutz returned to Montana and acted as News Director for Fox/ABC affiliate partners in the Western Montana region. She oversaw news operations in Kalispell, Bozeman, Butten, and Missoula markets. Andrea was, lately, the state’s anchor of MTN 9’o clock, which telecasts on CW Montana. Robson spent 14 great years serving the radio network before finally upgrading his resume to Television Network. Miller helped to introduce a morning news show called WLTZ News Today in 2012 and started serving as a co-host and weather forecaster of the program. After getting his degree in Meteorology from Mississippi State University, Miller Robson became a Chief Meteorologist at WLTZ News. If you are a person who loves reality TV, you might witness Robson on the hit reality program America’s Next Weatherman, a Funny or Die show. Miller was one of the 12 participants in the program that featured in the entire country in August 2015 on TBS.

KTVQ News first hit the air on 9 November 1953 with the calls KOOK TV. It was the second TV channel to hit the air in Montana Market, the first one to start services in the town was KXLF News as Butte. The original owner of the station was Montana Broadcasting. Initially, the channel conveyed telecasts from all the four major networks in the United States NBC, ABC, CBS, and DuMont Television Network. Though, the channel was a primarily affiliate partner of CS. The channel transformed its calls to KTVQ in September 1972.
